iNoteAid is designed to support healthcare professionals in generating clinical documentation and related informational content.
Where the Application processes Protected Health Information (PHI), it does so in accordance with applicable federal and state privacy laws. When required, iNoteAid may enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities.
Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Application complies with all applicable healthcare, privacy, consent, and professional standards.
iNoteAid utilizes automated and artificial intelligence technologies to assist in generating draft clinical documentation. Please note, AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate content and must be independently reviewed and verified against the underlying encounter by a licensed professional before it is entered into the medical record or relied upon. iNoteAid is not a medical device, is not FDA-cleared, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations. Any AI-suggested diagnostic or billing codes are drafts that must be independently verified before submission. Where AI-generated content is shared with patients, the treating provider is responsible for any patient-facing AI disclosures and human-contact information required by applicable law. Use of audio recording or transcription requires legally valid patient consent and compliance with applicable recording, wiretap, and AI-disclosure laws. Healthcare professionals remain solely responsible for all clinical decisions and patient care.
